I have been unemplyed for several months. A $550 Cobra from last job was out of the question. How are unemployed people expected to pay such outrageous Cobra payments?
There should be a single payer system in this country. It's way over due. The capitalistic greedy system of health care by health insurance is outdated, outrageous, and inhuman. If I get sick, it's the ER. There are NO community organizations in Reno, Nevada where people can get free or clse to free care.
