I work for a not for profit organization and have health insurance through work. Every year my organization struggles to find health care that is affordable for the organization and the employees. Over the years this has meant we have had to change health care providers several times. Every time the organization has changed providers I have had to jump through hoops to get my special needs son the health care he is entitled to through the providers. I really don't think anyone should have to work to get the help they need.
