Currently, I'm 58 years old, and have been without health care for years.

I have medical issues I'm forced to deal with, through more natural methods.

One big problem I don't understand, is that retiring at 62 includes no health benefits until 65! Most people, at 62, who want to retire, are at an age, when health is more an issue, as the body and mind start to go.

Why not include it, at 62, when it can be used for more preventative measures, before the expense becomes even greater, later on?

Or, worst still, at a greater cost to all tax payers.
