Beginning February 17th, a group of dedicated health care activists are WALKING (8 days, 135 miles!) from Philadelphia to Washington D.C. through record snowfall to make sure that President Obama and Congress understand how important it is to get health care reform done right. They are marching in remembrance of Melanie Shouse, one of millions of uninsured Americans who recently died from breast cancer. The March for Melanie will arrive in Washington on February 24th the day before President Obamas bipartisan Health Care Summit.
Make sure that the President and Congress know that doctors, nurses, and health care providers stand with these marchers every step of the 135-mile trek they will be making!

Make a House call (and Senate too) on TODAY to let Congress know that the walkers have arrived in Washington. Your call will deliver the message that Congress must not give up on health care reform! Just as we would never abandon a difficult patient, Congress must stay with health care reform until it is done right.
You'll be redirected to the call page after you fill out this form.
